Why I did it 1. Upgrade centec-arm64 platform to Bookworm. 2. Solve the problem of compiling the docker-syncd-centec-rpc.gz error on the centec platform. How I did it 1. Modified platform driver to comply with bookworm kernel. 2. Upgrade SONiC package versions of the centec platform. How to verify it 1.
