Tamer Ahmed bff785ec49 Merged PR 4234524: [mux] Start Mux on Only Dual-ToR Platform ... [mux] Start Mux on Only Dual-ToR Platform mux docker depends on the presence of mux cable hardware and is supposed to run only Gemini ToRs.
