[Mellanox] fix syseeprom info values on mellanox simulator platforms msn4700 and msn4800 (#8387) 
#### Why I did it
The values of the syseeprom were not valid

#### How I did it
I took the correct hexdump values from a real switch and created this hex file again

#### How to verify it
decode-syseeprom will display the new values
