Why I did it [Build] Support to use the snapshot mirror for debian base image How I did it If the MIRROR_SNAPSHOT=n, then use the default mirror http://deb.debian.org/debian If the MIRROR_SNAPSHOT=y, then use the snapshot mirror, for instance http://packages.trafficmanager.net/snapshot/debian/20230330T000330Z/.
