Volodymyr Samotiy ce7abad3ba [Mellanox] Update SAI to v1.19.4 (#8929) ... - Why I did it Advance to new Nvidia SAI release with the following changes: New features: - Align with new SDK/FW version 4.5.1006 and above and in parallel to existing used SDK/FW bundle - Implement timestamp and egress_queue_index hostif packet attributes.
