Starting with Bookworm, Debian moved the non-free Linux firmware blobs into a new non-free-firmware component, since they are frequently needed by users and since they need to be updated frequently. Since the only thing we currently install from the non-free component (that I can think of) is the Linux firmware, have Bookworm use non-free-firmware instead of non-free.
