Update sairedis submodule (#16072)
* Update sairedis submodule

This submodule update needs to be manually done due to build changes
done in the sairedis submodule. Specifically, Debian build profiles are
now being used instead of dpkg build targets, and dbgsym packages are
being used instead of dbg packages. Because of this, there needs to be
changes on the sonic-buildimage side for this.

This is a reland of #15720, which was reverted in #15995 due to the RPC
package build failing. That failure has since been fixed, and the
PR pipeline has been updated to build the RPC package so that this is
checked at the PR stage.

This submodule update brings in the following changes:

```
4dbdb21 Fix RPC package build failure due to shell syntax issue (#1268)
588d596 Make sure new binaries replace existing binaries in docker-sonic-vs (#1269)
ce8f642 [vs] Use boost join to concatenate switch types in config (#1266)
d6055a2 [vslib]: Temporaily map DPU switch type to NVDA_MBF2H536C (#1259)
[docker-sonic-vs]: More changes to support DPU-2P HWKSU (#15695)
Why I did it
port_config.ini and hwsku.json are needed to generate the default config
switch_type needs to be "dpu" to spawn the right set of processes during dvs initialization and to make sure that DASH APIs can be handled properly
Work item tracking
Microsoft ADO 24375371:
How I did it
Use the same hwsku.json and port_config.ini for DPU-2P as the ones used for Nvidia-MBF2H536C SKU in nvidia-sonic sonic-buildimage repo.
Why I did it
Support to add SONiC OS Version in device info.
It will be used to display the version info in the SONiC command "show version". The version is used to do the FIPS certification. We do not do the FIPS certification on a specific release, but on the SONiC OS Version.
Upgrade docker-sonic-vs and docker-syncd-vs to Bullseye (#13294)
* Upgrade docker-sonic-vs and docker-syncd-vs to Bullseye
* iproute2: Force a new version and timestamp to be used for the package
There is an issue with Docker's overlay2 storage driver when not using
native diffs (and thus falling back to naive diff mode), which is the
case in the CI builds. The way the naive diff mode detects changes is by
comparing the file size and comparing the timestamps (specifically, I
believe it's the modification timestamp), and if there's a change there,
then it's considered a change that needs to be recorded as part of that
layer.
The problem is that with the code being added in the patch, the file
size remains the same, and the timestamp of binary files appear to be
the same timestamp as the changelog entry (likely for reproducible build
purposes). The file size remains the same likely due to extra padding
within the file introduced by relro. Because of this, Docker doesn't
detect this file has changed, and doesn't save the new file as part of
this layer.
To work around this, create a new changelog entry (with a new version as
well) with a new timestamp. This will result in the binary files having
a different timestamp, and thus will get saved by Docker as part of that
layer.
[FRR] Switch to dplane_fpm_nl plugin instead of fpm (#12852)
Why I did it
dplane_fpm_nl is a new FPM implementation in FRR. The old plugin fpm will not have any new features implemented. Usage of the new plugin gives us ability to use BGP suppression feature and next hop groups in the future.
How I did it
Switch to dplane_fpm_nl zebra plugin from old fpm plugin which is not supported anymore
Remove stale patches for old fpm plugin and add similar patches for dplane_fpm_nl
How to verify it
Build and run on the switch.
Keep custom rsyslog file for docker-sonic-vs (#13056)
docker-sonic-vs doesn't have the infra needed for the syslog rate limit
configuration, so it's not going to be rendering jinja templates to
overwrite /etc/rsyslog.conf. This also means that syslog messages would
get logged twice (because both the default /etc/rsyslog.conf file and
/etc/rsyslog.d/50-default.conf are telling it to log to syslog).
Therefore, keep the custom static /etc/rsyslog.conf file for docker-sonic-vs.
Fixes sonic-net/sonic-swss#2570.
Parallel building of sonic dockers using native dockerd(dood). (#10352)
Currently, the build dockers are created as a user dockers(docker-base-stretch-<user>, etc) that are
specific to each user. But the sonic dockers (docker-database, docker-swss, etc) are
created with a fixed docker name and common to all the users.
    docker-database:latest
    docker-swss:latest
When multiple builds are triggered on the same build server that creates parallel building issue because
all the build jobs are trying to create the same docker with latest tag.
This happens only when sonic dockers are built using native host dockerd for sonic docker image creation.
This patch creates all sonic dockers as user sonic dockers and then, while
saving and loading the user sonic dockers, it rename the user sonic
dockers into correct sonic dockers with tag as latest.
	docker-database:latest <== SAVE/LOAD ==> docker-database-<user>:tag
The user sonic docker names are derived from 'DOCKER_USERNAME and DOCKER_USERTAG' make env
variable and using Jinja template, it replaces the FROM docker name with correct user sonic docker name for
loading and saving the docker image.
a1d30e3aa0 Python 2 removal/cleanup
Remove Python 2 package installation from the base image. For container
builds, reference Python 2 packages only if we're not building for
Bullseye.
For libyang, don't build Python 2 bindings at all, since they don't seem
to be used.
[docker-sonic-vs] Removing fake_platform variable since it is no more used (#9175)
[docker-sonic-vs]Added support for Mellanox-SN2700 based SKU for docker-sonic-vs (#9044)
Added support for Mellanox-SN2700 based SKU for docker-sonic-vs and to differentiate platform based on hw-sku rather than on fake_platform in VS.
Currently SAI VS library uses hwsku based SAI profile to differentiate and mock different platform implementations. The same functionality in swss is achieved using a fake_platform env variable.
Using a fake_platform has some drawbacks that the vs container appears to still use a different vendor hw-sku
env
PLATFORM=x86_64-kvm_x86_64-r0
HOSTNAME=dd21a1637723
PWD=/
HOME=/root
TERM=xterm
HWSKU=Force10-S6000
SHLVL=1
fake_platform=mellanox
PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin
DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive
_=/usr/bin/env
In order to unify the approach at both swss and vs SAI and to be uniform throughout this PR introduces the approach of using hw-sku to differentiate different platforms. This requires support for Mellanox-SN2700 HWSKU for Mellanox platform which is also addressed by this PR.
[vstes] Virtual chssis default config rendering (#8008)
Fixed issue introduced by PR#7857. The problem was that introduction of
using init_cfg.json.j2 template did not have instruction in
init_config.json.j2 to merge the virtual chassis default_config.json.
Ths fix is to have a separate invokiation of sonic-cfggen to combine
init_config.json and virtual chassis default_config.json
[DPB]Removing default admin status initialization in DPB flow while loading minigraph (#8711)
To Fix #8697 . The config load_minigraph initializes 'admin_status' to up when platform.json has DPB configs. This doesn't happen when using port_config.ini
The update minigraph has logic to initialize only the ports whose neighbors are defined or those belonging to portchannel
However, a change was introduced to have default admin status to be 'up' in portconfig.py when the minigraph was using platform.json
This will lead to sanity check failure in sonic-mgmt and thus no test cases could be run
[vs][multi-asic]: Add new platforms for multi-asic vs. (#8269)
Why I did it
End goal: To have azure pipeline job to run multi-asic VS tests.
Intermediate goal: Require multi-asic KVM image so that the test can be run.
The difference between single asic and multi-asic KVM image is asic.conf file which has different NUM_ASIC values.
Idea behind the approach in this PR to attain the intermediate goal above:
Ease of building multi-asic KVM image so that any user or azure pipeline can use a simple make command to generate single or multi-asic KVM images as required.
Use a single onie installer image and multiple KVM images for single and multi-asic images.
Current scenario:
For VS platform, sonic-vs.bin is generated which is the onie installer image and sonic-vs.img.gz is generated which is the KVM iamge.
Scenario to be achieved:
sonic-vs.bin - which will include single asic platform, 4 asic platform and 6 asic platform.
sonic-vs.img.gz - single asic KVM image
sonic-4asic-vs.img.gz - 4 asic KVM image
sonic-6asic-vs.img.gz - 6 asic KVM image
In this PR, 2 new platforms are added for 4-asic and 6-asic VS.
How I did it
Create 4-asic and 6-asic device directories with the required files and hwsku files.
Add onie-recovery image information in vs platform.
How to verify it
After this PR change, no build change.
sonic-vs.bin onie installer image should include information of new multi-asic vs platforms.
the branch refers the branch name that the commit is in,
for example master, 202012, 201911, ...
In case there is no branch, the name will be HEAD.
release is encoded in /etc/sonic/sonic_release file.
the file is only available for a release branch.
It is not available in master branch.
example for master branch
```
build_version: 'master.602-6efc0a88'
debian_version: '10.7'
kernel_version: '4.19.0-9-2-amd64'

[vs] add information about features to config db (#7857)
vs has components from swss, bgp, teamd and nat. This table is needed by this change https://github.com/Azure/sonic-utilities/pull/1554.

Because Azure/sonic-utilities#1554 requires "config warm_restart enable FEATURE" and the FEATURE has to be in feature table.
