Why I did it
Share docker image to support gnmi container and telemetry container

Microsoft ADO 25423918:
How I did it
Create telemetry image from gnmi docker image.
Enable gnmi container and disable telemetry container by default.
How to verify it
Run end to end test.
Why I did it
For some devices whose log folder size is larger than 200M, for example, 256M, the LOG_FILE_ROTATE_SIZE_KB should be 16M. and
THRESHOLD_KB=$((USABLE_SPACE_KB - (NUM_LOGS_TO_ROTATE * LOG_FILE_ROTATE_SIZE_KB * 2)))
= $(( (VAR_LOG_SIZE_KB * 90 / 100) - RESERVED_SPACE_KB)) - (NUM_LOGS_TO_ROTATE * LOG_FILE_ROTATE_SIZE_KB * 2)))
= $(( (256M * 90 / 100) - 4096)) - (8 * 16M * 2)))
the result would be a negative value

How I did it
Add a case for 400M, if the log folder size is between 200M and 400M, set the log file size to 2M
How to verify it
Do cmd "sudo logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.conf" on DUT which val/log folder size is 256M, and check the syslog.
Debian is shipping a systemd timer unit for logrotate, but we're also
packaging in a cron job, which means both of them will run, potentially
at the same time. Remove our cron file, and add an override to the
shipped timer file to have it be run every 10 minutes.

- Why I did it
Fix logrotate firstaction script to reflect correct size. The size was modified to change dynamically based on disk size. However this variable was not updated
#9504
- How I did it
Updated the variable based on disk size
- How to verify it
Verify in the generated rsyslog file if the variable is correctly generated from jinja template
Why I did it
In parallel of this change Arista added a custom logrotate configuration as part of its driver library.
Having 2 logrotate configuration for the same log file triggers an issue.
Fixesaristanetworks/sonic#38
How I did it
Arista merged a few changes in sonic-buildimage which added a logrotate configuration aristanetworks/sonic@e43c797
It is therefore the right path to remove the arista.log line from the logrotate.d/rsyslog configuration.
How to verify it
Logrotate works without any error message, arista log rotation happens and arista daemons still append logs once file was truncated.
This issue causes negative threshold value and thus deleting log files even when there is enough space.
This issue causes negative threshold value and thus deleting log files even when there is enough space.
- Why I did it
To fix an issue when log files get deleted even if there is enough space.
- How I did it
Fixed an typo.
- How to verify it
Run the portion of the script that calculates threshold, see that the threshold is calculated correctly.

Why I did it
The existing log file size in sonic is 1 Mb. Over a period of time this leads to huge number of log files which becomes difficult for monitoring applications to handle.
Instead of large number of small files, the size of the log file is not set to 16 Mb which reduces the number of files over a period of time.
How I did it
Changed the size parameter and related macros in logrotate config for rsyslog
How to verify it
Execute logrotate manually and verify the limit when the file gets rotated.

Added logrotate file for wtmp and btmp to override default conf and set size cap as 100K as done in
PR: #865. For buster this is control by separate file wtmp and btmp.

- Why I did it
This PR has the changes to support having different swss.rec and sairedis.rec for each asic.
The logrotate script is updated as well
- How I did it
Update the orchagent.sh script to use the logfile name options in these PRs(Azure/sonic-swss#1546 and Azure/sonic-sairedis#747)
In multi asic platforms the record files will be different for each asic, with the format swss.asic{x}.rec and sairedis.asic{x}.rec
Update the logrotate script for multiasic platform .
- Why I did it
Move frr logs from syslog from the directory /var/log/quagga/.log to /var/log/frr/log
- How I did it
Updated the rsyslog config files.
- How to verify it
Verified the logs come into the file zebra.log and bgpd.log in the DIR /var/log/frr/log
To fix the following error when running
`logrotate /etc/logrotate.conf` :
```
error: dpkg:10 duplicate log entry for /var/log/alternatives.log
error: found error in file dpkg, skipping
```
update-alternatives is provided with dedicated logrotate config in newer dpkg package versions (probably starting from buster)

* [logrotate] Decrease frequency to every 10 minutes; kill any lingering logrotate processes
* [logrotate] Delete all *.1.gz files as firstaction; Remove note about init-system-helpers < 1.47 workaround
However, continue to send SIGHUP directly to rsyslogd process
because 'service rsyslog rotate' still doesn't work properly with

- Force log rotation at size thresholds only (no longer also rotating logs daily), allowing for more consistent archived log size
- Eliminate remaining duplicate log messages
- Cron facility now only logs to cron.log (was also logging to syslog)
- Debug, mail, news and user log facilities only log to syslog; no longer creating separate log files for these facilities
- Cron job that calls logrotate every minute now uses the main /etc/logrotate.conf file so as to check/rotate all logs every minute, not just the logs specified in the rsyslog file. Also redirecting output of this command to /dev/null to prevent "(CRON) info (No MTA installed, discarding output)" messages in cron.log due to lack of a mail service
- Delete archive files based on remaining /var/log partition space. Note that this solution currently requires a minimum /var/log partition size of 32MB to function correctly
- Update sonic-sairedis and sonic-swss submodules to incorporate recording file name changes
- Add .screen file to .gitignore (unrelated)
