- hardwarerev -> hardware_rev
- serialnum -> serial
- manufacturename -> manufacturer
- modelname -> model

9cb12e6474 DellEMC: S52xx platforms optoe driver changes (#3865) 
used overriding method instead of making changes in sfputilbase.py and changed the sff84xx to optoe driver for both QSFP and SFP.
