Why I did it
Chassis:

Fixed Multiple orchagent crashes due to BULK create failure
added new line card support
Addressed T2 snmp test failures
Addressed reboot issues
Chassis and Fixed:

Addressed dshell client issues
HWSKU name update from Cisco-8101-T32/Cisco-8101-C48T8 to Cisco-8101-O32/Cisco-8101-C48O8

How I did it
update to cisco version 0.12
